The "manager" of the place is a horrible woman with a wig simulating short hair, she treats people who are not African American like garbage, you better stay away from there if you are not African American, this afternoon around 2 pm I went and her Treatment was horrible, she has mental problems, how unfortunate that clients are treated in such a deplorable way. Be careful who you hire in your businesses. If you are not African American you will not be welcome.
I like this store! Large selection and good service. My husband couldn't find a shoe box with a second sneaker and the workers were happy to help him. And I really like natural socks there

It's a pretty good place the employees were also very helpful and made sure that I got what I needed and even gave me some advice on what type of shoe size I should look for. One of the employees was very nice and helpful I didn't get her name but she was great to me and my family and for the most part the shoe selection is also very very good and plenty to offer. It's a little pricey but other than that it's good

Love this shoe store they have reasonable prices and always have what I'm looking for and my size. Ive been going there for at least 15 years now. I would recommend this place
This store has some really poor shoe organization. I’m taking a flight soon and wanted to get some Hey Dude slip-on shoes. There are hardly any size 8s here, only jumbo 11s through 15s, and if you do find a size 8, when you open up the box, the color/style does not match the shoe everything is shelved under. So you end up constantly looking for your actual color way. Also, it’s typically the 8 that they put on display, making them harder to find. Plus, there’s only one shoe in the box. So if you like to try on both pairs and walk a little bit to get a feel, tough luck. This is not just true with Hey Dude. I’ve been interested in boots here. I see the boot, go to look for it in the shoe boxes, and it’s either not there, they don’t have my size, or they have my size, just not in the color that the box is shelved under. I’m either gonna buy the shoes from Amazon, the Hey Dude website, or just another shoe store all together. Done coming here.
I usually go in there and get me three to four pair of shoes under $100 that day struck out not one pair that I get it happened sometimes
Went here yesterday 7/26 around 1:19pm because the one is lakeside was closed down and the lady at the register acted like she had better things to do then to do her job. I came to exchange some shoes for my daughter.. it took me 3 times saying excuse me to get her attention she had on headphones watching tik toks her phone was on the counter so I could see what she was doing. When she exchanged my shoes she wasn't paying attention saying I owned her 2.11 when it was actually her that owed me. When I pointed it out she got an attitude like it was coming out of her pocket. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
Amazing Customer Service! After taking my 99 year young Mother to 3 other shoe stores with no luck and absolutely NO help from any sales associate, even after asking for help we went to Encore and the sales associate was unbelievable. She could see that my Mother had mobility issues and she came right over and asked if she could help us find something it's a big store. She showed us to a chair where my Mom was able to sit and then she asked my Mom what she could show her today. Mom was looking for black dress shoes and ZENA MORGAN our sales rep would bring the shoes over to Mom for her to see instead of Mom having to walk around to look at them. Zena went the extra mile! Zena was so patient, kind and treated my Mom with great respect. She took the time to engage with my Mom and made her feel very special. Your company has a real GEM!! Hold on to her.
