I'm giving Tony 5 stars for his respectful, straightforward and responsive correspondence with me. I was in the market for a Forester and the ONLY reason I didn't buy from him is that we found a slightly better deal much closer to where we live. He was helpful and clear and offered a great deal. I highly recommend contacting him if you're wanting the same treatment.

Mark our sales rep was amazing, he really took the time to make sure that all mine and my husband's questions were answered. We ended up with a 2012 Outback. He worked with us on the price and went above and beyond to make sure we walked away happy. Overall experience was great.

Just purchased my second car from Tony Robertson in Ballard.  He makes the process very easy and is wonderful to work with. I will always use Tony for my car purchases.  Very trustworthy, funny and easy to work with.  He is worthy of 10 stars.

We had a fantastic experience searching for a new Forester with Tony Robertson and the staff at Carter Subaru Ballard. Right away Tony gave us a fair and reasonable price that was much lower than any of the competitors offered. He was always honest and sincere with us and treated us with the upmost respect. If you are searching for a Subaru with Carter Subaru be sure to ask for Tony!

I bought a new forester from Bill Koch at Carter Subaru in Ballard, and it was the best car dealership experience I've ever had! Bill was genuinely nice and clearly invested in our happiness. Not pushy at all, instead made sure we knew our options and were well educated on the specifics of each. He gave us a  very fair price, and helped us find the exact vehicle we were looking for. What a great guy! I will tell all my friends who are looking for a new car to call Bill. Great experience.
