I had just got a new (used, but new to me) Jetta two days ago and my battery died. Obviously, I was pretty upset about having to spend more money. But everyone at this place was so friendly, and the man who helped me was sympathetic towards me and helped me every step of the way. My car got fixed in about an hour which is exactly how long he told me it would be. I got great service with a smile and will absolutely be coming back here.

Just purchased a 2017 GTI at what i can only describe as being the best deal of all time. Ted helped us out tremendously and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and proactive with us. We really appreciated both Ted and the finance guy (who'se name i forgot, sorry finance guy..you were really awesome though and my wife was really thankful of how proactive you were in getting a great rate for us) The whole process took virtually no time whatsoever to complete.Thanks guys...you seriously kicked ass yesterday :)

Definitely a place that values your money over your time.

I had gone in for a routine oil change and was told it was going to take an hour. For 2 hours no one had updated me on why my vehicle was taking so long. I finally found Eric, the Volkswagen representative who was taking care of me, he told me just a little while longer. I came back to the desk 30 mins later to find out he had already left for the day and my car had been ready for while...

I bought a used car from Carter VW and it had a mechanical issue almost right away. They had it towed at there expense and fixed the problem free of charge. They were understanding, friendly, and treated me with the utmost respect. Its easy to claim you care about your customers but these guys really back it up! Customer for life.

Good service but you can't always get a loaner if they keep your car for more than 2 days
