Had a very good experience buying a Highlander here. No pushy salesmen was probably the highlight of buying from Auto Connections Seattle. Got a good deal, will likely purchase here again.

Auto Connections is awesome! I am extremely skeptical of car dealerships because I have had some Horrible experiences but Jim (the owner) and Janna are honest and they don't try to take advantage of people. We came to Auto Connections interested in trading our Highlander for a 2012 Honda Odyssey, when we got there we noticed the van had some dents on the bumper and Jim went above and beyond to fix the bumper and make it a fair trade. I am very happy with my purchase!

They were really nice.
Everything was hassle free and they helped through the paperwork.
Got a good price.

Jim was very accommodating and super helpful. Customer service is certainly something he and his partners strive for. No matter where you are in Washington, it is certainly worth the drive over if he has something you like. I dealt with him over the phone from across the state and he totally prepped my Subaru and even took it to the Subaru dealer to have them inspect it (even after having his own mechanics inspect it). All in all a very good experience.
