Ate there last night after arriving late to town. The place came recommended by the owner of the RV Park we stayed at. The salad bar was large with plenty of choices. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and were delicious. I could cut the filet I ordered with a fork. Food came out quick. Just did get finished with our salad when the steaks arrived. Will definitely go back when we make it back to town.

Cattle Baron is a great place to just eat salad or relish different seafood or a variety of steaks. There is a lounge with a few TVs to enjoy some drinks, apps, and watch a game. They have really good deals on their sunset menu that are available Mon. thru Thurs. from 3pm to 5pm. The managers and the staff are pleasant, courteous, and fun; all if not most provide exceptional service.

Salad bar is great. Steaks were good. Food came out extremely fast. So fast in fact we couldn't even get through half a plate from the salad bar.

$25 for 12 oz prime rib that had clearly sat out all day and was extremely dried out for myself, an over-cooked burger for my wife, and a waitress that didn't give a damn about any of it. Waitress said to meet the manager at the entrance before we left. We didn't even bother because she didn't ask the manager to come to the table or the manager didn't want to come to the table.

My husband and I were visiting from El Paso on 9-29-2017. We went in to have lunch on that day because it was my husbands birthday and that's where he wanted to have lunch. We were seated, and after 10 minutes no waiter or waitress ever came to our table. It was then that we came to the conclusion that after a 10 minute wait, no one was ever going to come take our drink order, much less our food order, so we decided to get up and find somewhere else to go and have lunch. Bad service Cattle Baron.
