Great Customer Service From Eric! My Note 5 was stolen and I had called to see what their process or other pawn shops do to ensure a phone isn't stolen. He walked me through the entire process even though I wasn't a customer of his! Saved me much trouble and time of going through and calling pawn shops looking for my sprint phone.

James the Store Manager, who took over, after two other Managers in one year, were not doing their job, properly.  James team, is excellent.  Very helpful and knowledgeable .  I find, shopping at their store a pleasant experience.  Last month, I purchased many clearance heavily discounted merchandise over three days, during that time, every customer was treated graciously by his staff.  His assistant manager, is beyond excellent, supported by Veronica and Angelica who know computers superb, helping all the customers.  Especially, James #1, his assistant, great young lady, is or was, super patient with me, as I can be demanding at times.  Never once, was she flustered or distracted, by my constant questions, I appreciated her help, very much.  Great store.  Great people.  5 stars....
