Usually slow at teller window. More often than not OK not 1 teller working window, on a Friday afternoon(slow)

I really appreciate their hard work and professionalism. Note: People touch our lives and a diary-offline will one day light the world about feelings, when I am gone. Again, like a community people touch our lives. Sodo/Belltown is that way.

Where do I start?! No checking fee, no ATM fee, a wide range of ATM's to use for all of my banking needs (they're all on the same network), no overdraft tidal wave of debt and I just recently had my account emptied by a jerk who went on an online shopping spree with my card number. I was reimbursed within days, my new card arrived within a week (even with a holiday).The same thing happened while I was with Bank of America and the nightmare dragged on for 6 months and they STILL refused to make it right until I closed my account, which took TWO tries! I don't know why anyone would bother with banks when there are institutions like Express Credit Union.
