Employees on the inside could use a re-training course on customer service. But there is usually a security guard on duty outside, so theres a pretty safe atmosphere.

I agree, the service is the worst. I used to love this bank, they used to really try to give good service. I remember they had greeters and great staff. The last couple years, I am always waiting and no one seems to care about the customers. I have not been able to resolve some issues with my account and I'm thinking of changing banks.
