Terrible quality. All of the polish is old, never dries and will stay tacky. Had to go back the second day to get my toes redone. Won't be returning! Try Diamond Nails- across the street!

Always get right in. Lots of tv's. Good chic music. A glass of wine if you'd like. Great color choices. Good list of pedicure choices. Highly recommend.

My grandmother, mother, sister and myself have been going here for the past 2 years. And normally they have done a decent job but these last few times have been horrible. And this very last time that I've gone has been the worst. I got my nails done exactly 2 weeks ago. I DID NOT like them because the nail tech that did them did not do them like I asked. She even made them look a week old when I had just got them done. Two of my nails started lifting up literally 3-4 days after I got them done. Due to me being busy I wasn't able to go in right away so when I did, finally one nail popped off. When I went back inside to let them know my issue, the guy at the front desk was "trying" to help me by getting the nail tech that originally did my nails. But I didn't want her because she didn't a horrible rushed job! She then came to me and told me, "nexgen comes off in 2 weeks" she literally didn't listen to a word I was saying. THEY WERE COMING OFF WITHIN ONE WEEK AND I TOLD HER THAT! But she gave me excuses so she wouldn't have to redo them. I then went back up to the front desk to tell the guy how dissatisfied I was because for a regular customer, I feel as if I should have gotten better treatment and literally he smiled in my face as if nothing was wrong. Castle Nail has lost ALL of my family members due to poor service. My sister had an issue as well because the nail tech she had didn't want to do her nails like she had asked him to do and then he got upset and started talking about her in his native tongue. Although I don't know what he was saying, it was very clear he was upset and no longer wanted to do her nails. Castle Nail doesn't care about their customers and we will not be going back.

Went here when my regular salon was closed due to electrical issues on my day off. Walked in and only one other customer was there. Employees were standing around, sitting and reading books and listening to music on headphones. Salon was clean and very attractive and decor. Young woman who did my pink and white fills asked all the right questions and got them perfect just the way I wear them. The young man who did my pedicure did an above-average job and I love the products that they use the procedure was great. Giving a four rather than a five star because the employees talk amongst themselves when doing the procedures. This is true everywhere I go yet I still find it annoying. I'm trying to relax and enjoy the treatment and the chatter is distracting. Change that and you've got a winner. I do recommend those who gave bad reviews go try again because I think they are really trying
