This place is fantastic! Staff is exceptional. The atmosphere is so relaxing. The facility is clean and if you get a massage you get to use the saunas, the gym, jacuzzi. I would give more stars if I could. Donnie - Wow!!!! AMAZING!!! Just AMAZING!!!! You feel like you're on a cloud when he's giving you a massage. What a professional!!! He has talent on top of the knowledge and the techniques used. I always get a deep tissue massage but tell him to do it light. You won't regret going to this place.

I had my first experience getting a facial and a massage here at Cooper Spa with a group of friends, thank you Anne for getting our group party planned! :) Let me just tell you this place was so pretty and the staff was so incredibly sweet! Renee did my facial and she was so amazing, gentle, and helpful with what products she was using. She gave me helpful tips on how to take care of my skin when at home. For my massage I had Donnie, who was also amazing! You can't go wrong with him! He was so awesome and worked out tension I had in my left shoulder and I left the spa feeling 100% better. Thank you Donnie! Lauren was also so incredible and such a lovely person to talk to! She answered any questions we had about the services, making our experience one of the best! Thank you Cooper Spa for such an amazing day!!!

Not as expected. I took my daughter for a facial here and she was not given a full hour facial, did not get extractions or a foot massage as we were told were included in the facial service. When I inquired about this at the front desk the receptionist brought the technician up front to confront me and give a bunch of excuses to why she did not complete the service. I was told a manager would call me. No manager has called and even though I called and left a message I still have not received a call back. Obviously, they don't care enough about their clients to ensure they are happy with their service.

I had the 75 minute vitamin c facial with Lauren yesterday. My skin feels and looks great. Such a relaxing experience I almost fell asleep during the face massage. The Skinceutical products are great. My esthetician recommended some products for between appointments to keep my skin healthy but didn't hard sell. Highly recommend this spa.
