Skinsations was great. The pain for my lip injections was so minimal that I never even flinched. Great job. Going back when I get more money for other procedures.

I went to get my eyebrows micro bladed here. Upon initial contact everything was great and she answered all my questions. On my appointment day she explained everything and was very nice. We went through and picked the color of pigment I wanted and the shape. After starting the procedure she was constantly on the phone with her "boyfriend" which I found very inappropriate considering someone was tattooing eyebrows on me. As she was finishing up my eyebrows I looked in the mirror and noticed my eyebrows didn't really look the same or how I wanted them. Besides not looking the same I had a random long line underneath my eyebrow where she had made a stroke with her device that wasn't supposed to be there. Initially when I pointed out the line she blew me off because I guess she realized she had screwed it up. Being persistent I finally got her to admit that "she didn't know what happened there".  I encouraged her to try to fix it or fill it in but she seemed to be in a rush and left me with this random line underneath my eyebrow. I was very concerned about this line being permanent. Her instructions to me were to "pick off" the scab as it healed or use concealer. This is what I did which left a nice little scar but luckily no random brown streak. I was very anxious but reluctant to book my touch up but decided to anyway so my money didn't go to complete waste. I was in contact with her several times by phone and on facebook between my initial appointment and my touch up because I was still generally concerned about this line. Upon the day I go to get my touch up I arrive and no one is at the facility. I text/call thinking maybe she was just late. Instead she had something come up and didn't reach out to me to keep me from driving a little over an hour to get to her because she didn't have my contact info. Go figure. At this point I'm pretty much set not to return again for the touch up but I did. When coming back for my touch up the second time I pleaded we reoutline my eyebrows since they didn't not look the same at all and half the pigment was gone despite me following instructions. She refused to to reoutline them for me and told me this was not apart of the touch up process. Once she finished the touch up I had a few changes/suggestions I wanted to make. She simply refused to do them because what it seemed like she was in a rush to get out the door because she was late to be some where. So at the end of the day I spent a small fortune for some eyebrows that didn't look remotely the same, got a random beauty mark in the shape of a line, and found another professional luckily to fix my eyebrows from her mistakes.
