Go to this place almost every week, food is consistently good and if not busy pretty fast too.  Been there enough the staff knows what I order and my name, very friendly.  Wish they'd bring back the discount on Wednesdays.  Definitely recommend.

I'm usually a big fan of firehouse. Came in for the 499 medium Sub and was charged Norma price because I ordered an engineer and it has mushrooms. Didn't make sense to me and the employee tried to explain it but I didn't understand. If you order something make sure you don't get cheating like I thought I did. I left the store feeling quite disappointed.

We just ate at your location in Carrollwood and I felt the need to point out the amazing customer service from Eric that we recieved and witnessed during our visit there. He made sure to greet and thank every patron that entered and exited the restaurant, all while training a new employee, making delicious, hot food, cleaning and coming to our table to throw our trash away for us. He had a very welcoming and friendly attitude and made sure he was training his trainee to have the same attitude with customers. We come here often and this was the absolute BEST example of great customer service that we have seen. He is a great asset to your company! Great job Eric! - From the lemon cookie lady. Lol
