Just placed an order with Matt, just before closing on a Friday night and he couldn't have been more cordial. Never heard of Jet's before moving to the area, but the crew here has quickly and easily become out go-to pizza joint. Everyone is always kind and accommodating, from the moment they pick up the phone to take your order to the moment they hand you the pie, it's very obvious customer satisfaction is their #1 goal. 
Not to mention they have a really great product! We haven't explored the whole menu yet, but their deep dish is fantastic! Easily some of the best delivery/takeout pizza we've had. 
The first time we tried Jet's we had a coupon for a free pizza, an order placed with Eric (almost positive that was his name.) Never in my life had I heard someone so excited to give out a free pizza, and he was so kind as to explain the menu with all the options. Whoever their manager or trainer is, kudos to you my friend. That first experience left a great impression, we've since returned numerous times, and I'm sure we'll continue to do so.

Ordered here for the first time 2 weeks ago. The deep dish pepperoni is the best pizza I've ever had. Simple, crispy crust, great flavors and friendly as heck staff! 
Just moved to the area from the other side of Tampa and boy I'm glad I found this place.

I have never experienced such nice people in any restaurant. They are all so friendly from the people on the phone to the delivery at the doors. And the pizza is delicious to boot! Every time I have ordered food from Jet's I have been happy and satisfied. A+ customer service.

I just moved here from Michigan and my wife and I were very excited to see a Jets Pizza so close to home. We've been telling all of our friends about it and insisting they try it.  Unfortunately, we had the worst Jets experience recently and we hope this is not the quality of pizza that we should expect in the future. The pizza and bread looked like it had been thrown together with the absolute least toppings they could put together even though we asked for extra toppings. Very disappointed by the lack of effort and it seemed like we were a bother for placing an order. It was an hour before close, so I hope it was just the young employees being lazy and wanting to be out of there, but if that's the case, you should just close earlier, so we the customer don't put a damper on the social lives of those that work there. I'm willing to give it another chance because I know the quality that is Jets Pizza, but one more experience like that and we will gladly find a more suitable pizza place that wants and appreciates our business.
