Didn't have much choices for me and the women kept staring at me like i was going to steal
The experience was so bad that I just left out the store

I went into this store to find some warm clothes they had somewhat a selection so I picked out what I wanted quickly and headed to the register I stood in line nearly an hour there were only 2 people in front of me and not only that they couldn't figure out why my card wouldn't work then come to find out they don't take American Express so I asked her to pause my transaction and I would go get cash from my car. When I returned two people had gotten in line and the manager didn't seem a bit to care that I had just waited an enourmous amount of time in line already then when I got back to the register She had to ring everything up again. The cashiers seemed more interested in thier conversations than they were trying to be effecient and take care of their customers in a timely fashion. I will never go back to this CATO. Worst service I've ever experienced at a department store this is the reason for this review I hope thier store managers can teach these ladies what real customer service is supposed to look like. Smh
