As soon as you walk into the store, you are instantly greeted by a host of friendly and smiling faces behind the counter. Things are so well organized and labeled that you can quickly find what you need. Whether you're shopping for a newborn infant or your preteen, this store offers exceptionally stylish and gently used clothing for a price that you can afford with three children. In addition to fine clothing, the store is a treasure trove of necessities, such as toys, strollers, and shoes. The store and staff are very kid-friendly, as the children hide among the hangers and test out the toys. They frequently have progressive sales that you are sure get bang for your buck. They also offer customer loyalty rewards. Finally, once your kids have out grown their items, the store kindly offers to purchase your pre-owned goods. And thus we see, the circle of life is complete.

Once upon a child is my go to for all things baby. The store is always stocked with the best seasonal items at great prices I must add. & Even the non seasonal items are always on sale. The variety of product is very pleasing to the customer. Girls and boys from infant to children's sizes (not just clothing either). The employee also do a great job of processing the merchandise patrons bring in to sell/trade. I have been a customer for years and i highly recommend going there BEFORE you shop anywhere else for all things baby!

I visited Once Upon a Child for the first time during their semi-annual clearance sale. We stocked up on everything from onesies to sleepers to cute summer outfits for next year. The clothes were all barely worn and in great condition with VERY affordable prices. We averaged about $1.50/per outfit. We were able to get over 50 outfits for just a little bit over $100. My only less than positive experience was when I was telling my coworker about my shopping over the weekend and she asked me if I got a punch card. Since it was my first time shopping there, I didn't even know that was a thing. I would have gotten almost 12 punches had I received a card. So just a little bummed, as I love a good deal and the punch card would have made it even better! Overall, we had a great shopping experience. Everyone was very helpful and congratulatory on our new arrival.

Always leave with something from this store so that a good thing, good selection of gently used stuff. Customer service is a hit or miss all I'm going to say on that one. Somewhat fair or pricing your items you wanted to sell. I really think they should give you a cash price and also give a store credit price.

My MIL and I were here last week and although the store was quite busy with the sales going on, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They apologized for not having any carts left and again for the wait in the line which showed they cared about their customers. And took the time to explain some stuff for us. We will absolutely be back!
