Story

Our Legacy: Cava Restaurant was named after the word "Wine cellar" which is fitting for the recent 2015 National Wine spectators award win. Our goal is to offer exquisite food and comfortable upscale atmosphere to each dining experience.

Fine Italian Cuisine: We offer dishes for every taste, from pasta to filet mignon, from norther and southern Italy. We also offer additional items to our menu on a daily basis.

Exceptional Experience: We strive to provide the most comfortable and hospitable atmosphere. The decor is elaborate and warm. The staff is well versed on each item on the menu and wines to compliment.

The Lounge: The lounge offers a more laid back atmosphere, with high top tables, and a specific light menu. The tavern's martini list is specialty formulated for each season.

Went for Christmas Eve Dinner with my family! The ambiance was exquisite, and the food was wonderful. Everything was delicious, and the service was wonderful. However, the prices were astronomical--so much so that we were actually wondering if we'd been charged twice before itemizing everything. We had a great time, but I am not sure it was QUITE worth that price. That said, I would certainly return and be a little more careful about price.

6 food is top-notch wonderful, service is a little rush, so they wanted us to hurry up and Order whether it was drinks appetizers or the entree. Otherwise I'd definitely give it a 5. If you can go before March it is still beautifully decorated for the holidays something I've never seen before

I rarely write a bad reviews but felt truly compelled to write this after two bad experiences here. Our first experience was Christmas Eve, which is why I tried again, as we figured it was a holiday. Last night, however, there was no excuse. The service was incredibly slow, two of our appetizers were cold, it took asking 3 times over a 30 minute period to get bread and they charged an up charge because I asked that instead of mashed potatoes I would like veggies and I received 3, yes 3, stalks of asparagus that were steamed. Why that constitutes an up charge is beyond me. The kicker was that we ordered a special appetizer for the table, which was a Sampler Platter, and when the bill came it was $91. I would think the server would have mentioned the cost being it was that much, but he did not. I am used to more expensive restaurants, so the cost wasn’t the issue, the point was. The absolute worst part was when we got home and unpacked our leftovers, there was a half eaten steak, which no one in our party had ordered steak. However, the steak did contain two extra stalks of asparagus, which I guess I didn’t pay an up charge for. Ugh! I gave them 2 stars because the food was good and the decorations were pretty but I would NEVER go back. Sorry but no recommendation from us!

The decorations for the holiday season are magical. It can be seen a lot of effort is put in to make the experience truly amazing. Manager is a very friendly and accommodating. Staff is very friendly and accommodating even with last minute walk-ins. The food was really good and well presented. Had some lobster which was one of the best ones I ever had. Portions were the perfect size. Overall a great experience worth the price.

An absolutely beautiful and unique experience...the atmosphere, the staff, food and decor were perfect!! Would definitely recommend to anyone to go. Food portions were perfect. Looking forward to the summer for rooftop dining. Loved loved loved
