I have used this company for around 13 years.  This was a great company once upon a time no issues, 2 years ago it would have been unheard of me to run out of supplies.  NOW I have lost count how many times this year alone I have had to call and ask where my supplies are.  I have run out, each time shifting the blame to Dr’s, insurance companies, they will even blame it on you before they admit they have done anything wrong.  They try and make it right by sending samples until whatever issues are worked out but what they do not seem to understand or even care about is, by this time you have already ran out of medical supplies.  Now you have to wait 3-5 days before I receive the sample that will last me 1 week and in the time still have not resolved the issue.  Thus running out of supplies 2 times in 1 month but the straw that broke the camel’s back, after all issues and whatever has been resolved less than 2 months later it happens again.  I’ve ran out of supplies... again
