I would like to recognize upper management; William and the maintenance team specifically Jeremy, Russell and Cliff. These guys are the best ever. If you ever need help or have questions, these are the go to  guys. They always work hard and offers help, suggestions and/or assistance if ever needed.  If I ever need help I know exactly who to go to and who not to go to. These guys are AMAZING. Guys keep up the good work and thank you soooooooo much for your kind spirit. Not a very nice place to live my family and I were treated completely unfairly only certain people are good enough to live on property always have to worry from day to day about eviction my family got put in a mess due to this place

I have been living here for ten years. Previous owners had let the park go downhill, not making needed repairs, enforcing park rules, etc. Since
 Yes! Communities bought the place, they have shown that they are willing and able to improve the park. This generates complaints from people who won't maintain their yards and trailers, park in the street and get towed, are loud and unruly, and are forced to obey the rules or end up being evicted. Each lot has two parking spaces. If you need more, this park is not for you.  Speed bumps are not a problem unless you speed.

Awful place. They are disrespectful and rude the people that work there and the people that live there. If I could give it no stars I would. I lived there for 9 months in which the last 3 months I had a water leak that I had informed them of right as it happened. However they had never fixed it until after I told them they are garbage and moved out. My water bill was 2300 dollars after 3 months and they assured me they would take care of it as it was their fault they didn't fix it sooner. Now a year later I just bought a house and can't get my water turned on because they only paid 800 dollars worth and said the rest is on me. They will lie to your face and expect you to be too poor to fight back with any form of legal actions. This place is a sinkhole for suckers and they know it and will continue their schemes on any individual no matter who you are. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE EVER!!
