They are crooks! The customer service is horrible, and t hey will do anything they can to keep your deposit! We paid to have a maid service in, and paid to have the carpets cleaned and they kept 400 dollars of our deposit! They are unethical, and do not do what they say!

Where do I start?  How about with the rates?  The rates are rediculous!  The only reason we moved there was because our credit was so bad we thought it was the only place to accept us.  We were wrong!  Then, 3 days after we moved in, we found out the house was infested with cockroaches!  We called about those for 2 months strait and they repeatedly appologised and said they'd someone out right away, but no one ever came!  Then, a week after we moved in, our car and our friend's car was broken into!  It may look like a nice place to live, but it's not!!  A month before we moved out, a group of people tried to break into our house while we were asleep!  Luckily, our dog woke us up to call 911.  The stove top burner was broke and they never came to fix that, and we ended up replacing the vent over the microwave ourselves, because that broke and they didn't fix that!  

To sum it up, they never fixed a single thing we called about, they were rude, and are over priced.  They won't work with you on anything!  Don't live there.  It will be the worst mistake you'll ever make!
