Everyone desires to have a place to call home, a place they are proud of, but not everyone wants to experience the cost and hassle of buying a home. At Main Street Renewal, we create homes with this in mind by providing high quality, professional renovations with our full transformation process.

Our unique transformation process for most of our homes includes fresh carpet and tile, a fresh coat of paint throughout the interior, plus upgraded finishes. Additionally, each home goes through final certification and a quality checklist from our own construction team. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They have been the absolute worst from top to bottom. I swear to you that they will screw the pooch every step of the way. I would never ever recommend this company, not to my worst enemy, much less a random stranger! Please heed my advice and do not use MS Renewal or it will be the worst year of your life! Better hope you don't get a leak or it'll take months to fix it! Better not call to complain about how it's costing you hundreds of dollars a month in water bills or you'll just get an infuriatingly half ass response with a million excuses! We've had 2 leaks and it's taken them over a month to fix it. We're currently losing 2 gallons per minute and we've been waiting over a month now to get it fixed. That includes every time I've been forced to call out of work only for them to not actually fix a thing! Do not rent from these people! They don't care about you, they don't care about the home you're leasing from them, and they don't care if they do a crappy job because they just want your money each month!

Do not rent from them!!!! They will neglect you!!!! We have had a leak for FOUR months and they have ignored us and laughed at us!!! Our water bill has been $400 for 4 months, and we are stuck paying that plus $1,600 rent because of their negligence! Do not waste your money or time!! I promise there are better tenants!!! We have taken off work FIFTEEN times in 3 months for them to never show up!! When we call them to ask an ETA, nobody ever set up an appointment. I have tried calling local and corporate office, and neither are any help!! This is the WORST company to ever exist! Do not waste your time or money!

If I could give it negative stars I would. This is the absolute worst company to lease from. Three years of being a great tenant on time payment to be completely disregarded and disrespected. Begged for months to be part of the final walk through completely ignored. Tried to find out why and was shamed and spoke to as a child then told that I was disrespectful to her when I never once raised my voice or spoke a bad word. Ignored by the DM. Issues while there well the list could go on for days. Had a sewage leak under the house that took them over a month to come repair. Other work orders that were never fixed. Had a faucet in the kitchen break had to wait three days for them to come fix the issue and replaced and put a bucket under the sink to keep the dripping from running the counters. A/C unit broke and it took a week in TN summers to get replaced. I am beside myself about how they get away with this and now I have to wait till the walk through papers are sent by mail to be because they refuse to email or give me any details to see if I will be getting any of my deposit back. Side note....got half of my deposit back which was good but they charged me about $400 dollars to take down a dog house and a basketball hoop that were existing structures on the property. I contacted her manager said he was going to email me the pictures so that I could dispute and never heard from him again. I am so happy to be away from that horrible company.

After nearly two years of renting from this company, never being late, never missing a payment, never being any trouble, this company over charged on the move out, hired a collection agency without as much as a phone call. If I can offer you advice, its this, rent from someone else, if you have to rent from these people, than document EVERYTHING!! On your move in, document every single scratch, dent and scuff mark, or they will charge you for it when you move out. Secondly call in a work order for EVERYTHING, the stupid toilet paper roll holder falls off the wall, call in a work order, the blinds fall out of their holder, call in a work order, because if you dont they will bend you over on move out. If there are any stains in the carpet take pictures, and document them, these people are ridiculous. They will actually take your deposit and then some then hire collection agents to get the rest, In my opinion rent elsewhere!!! save yourself the trouble!!!

Not a good company to lease a home through. We did a checklist when we moved in a few months ago. It took my husband calling repeatedly after the fact to get them to come fix anything. Which the guy came and was gone in 10 minutes. Come to find out the problem was not actually fixed. Recently (4/24/17) our garbage disposal clogged leaving a sink full of nasty water. We tried a few different things to until and/or reset the disposal with no luck. We went through the website and put in a work order that same night thinking they would take a care of it within a day or so. We never got a call from the office regarding the order. We just kept getting emails saying the order was assigned and that someone should be contacting us to schedule service. I nor my husband got any phone calls so we waited and continued to get the same email daily. My husband finally called and someone was supposed to call him back. No one did for a couple days and he had to call again. It’s now been 1.5weeks and no one has come out to look at anything. If something is not correct don’t expect much from them. We asked if we could break our lease and were told we are not able to. I will never rent from this company again or recommend to anyone. 5/5/17
