By far the worst place! Not only do they have inconvenient visiting hours...which consist of either 630p-730p or 6p-7p depending on the section the patient is in but they lose personal belongings. My dad was a patient there for 1 week. Brought him clothes, he never once received the new package of underwear and socks I brought him. He had to wear what they gave him while other patients wore their own clothes. He never received the new jeans and new shirt that was brought to him. I called everyday and talked with him and whatever new nurse (everyday/shift was a new nurse, never was consistent, I always had the "I'm new to your days case and I don't know what has gone on so far" bs...there was no one that was consistent on his services) was on during the time I called no one could give me an answer as to why he had not received his clothes. Upon check out, I asked about his clothes. They LOST THEM!!! Then when given the patient advocate number to call to try and track them down..I kept getting their voice mail and no one would return my call.. finally after 3 days of calling I finally got a person named Justin who is no longer there...he did track them down for a bit on the camera but had to pass off his findings to another person as he would be gone the next day. The next person to do this never contacted me back. I had to contact them back. Finally got ahold of a Mariah, she said she would look into it. She did contact back semi regular. She said that the clothes are gone that if I can get receipts or imagines of what was purchased that they would write a check for the loss of the clothes. Gave her what she requested along with the address to send the check to. She did not send the check. Gave it a week before calling due to time line of mail can take a bit. Finally called and got a manager, she said she would look into it and get back to me same day. Mariah called me that day and said she had check in hand and would be able to get it by the following week. It's past that and still no check. This is by far the most irresponsible and unprofessional place! If I could leave a negative score I would.

They pretty much just make sure you don't kill yourself, and that's all this place is really good for. They're incredibly disorganized. It took them an hour during checkout to even give me my "contraband" belongings back because they couldn't find them. Even after that, I was missing belongings from my bag, including my medication! They actually lost or stole my medication I checked in with, and didn't set me up with anything new and don't tell me to stop taking anything. In addition to this, billing is a mess. I sent in a financial aid request form back in February and it's the middle of June and I still haven't heard back. After calling several times, I was informed that the CFO reviews them whenever he feels like it and there's no control over when that happens. For all I know, he won't even look at it. Contacting the financial aid office is impossible. I try all the time and they never answer and never call back. Recently my call was actually transferred to another PATIENT. I don't even have a payment plan in place. I just pray that sending $10 here and there will prevent things from going to collections. Don't go here, especially if finances are a concern.

I work here and the staff truly care about the patients. It is unfortunate that there are negative reviews, but it is a great place for patients and employees.
