We love Dr. Kempler. We switched to her when at 7 month, my previous pediatrician accused me of underfeeding my baby when she wouldn't put on weight. Dr. Kempler has been working with us the last 6 years, and connected us with all the specialists and treatments we needed to get to the root of the problem.

Horrible experience. Dr lufti was rude and judgmental, and never seemed to care about my sons concerns. Wouldn't recommend coming here at all. Especially if you're a young parent

Dr Purcell is such a nice caring pediatrician. She's my pedi for both my girls and haven't had any complains. Even the receptionist is so sweet

I'm surprised to read here that people don't get to see their own doctors. That's never been the case for me...unless I call for sameday and am not flexible on the time. I can always get in the same day and I don't think I've ever waiting longer than 20 minutes for a return call from the advice nurse even though it says it could be the following day. Our doctor is Dr. Eaton and we love her. She takes her time with us, is professional and thorough. I definitely recommend Westside Pediatric Clinic.

Our children have been patients of Westside Pediatrics / Dr Hankenson for over a decade and we are totally dissatisfied with the lack of care and professionalism by the front office staff and when talking to the doctor about it she seemed to not care weither or not we changed offices. Sad to see the friendliness and professionalism that brought us to this office has gone down the drain. We were told it only takes "10-15 minutes to transfer a patients records". Seems like they must have that practice down pat.
