Within moments of finding out my son needed additional care interactive pediatrics LLC home delivered the machine to aid my sons liver and it's healthy development. The nurse was so gentle and caring while taking blood from my sons heel he did not even make a fuss or even a whimper. I am extremely satisfied with the care and service provided by interactive pediatrics for the evaluation and the health of my son.

I've taken my kids here since birth, 2007. I've always promoted this office and spoken highly of them. Recently my daughter started complaining of a condition that is progressively getting worse. Dr. Paul Thomas, with someone assisting him told me [my daughter was faking it and to ignore her]. I was shocked and after he confirmed that was his implication, I consulted another doctor who told me that he had heard of similar conditions and to run a specific test. I called the advice line at Dr. Thomas' so I could have the test scheduled. I did not get a call back and when I followed up, I was told the doctor would not see my kids anymore. After almost 10 years of faithfully seeing Dr. Thomas, he sent me a letter refusing to see either of my children again. I have no idea what made him decide something so harsh. I was also informed that I only have 30 days, in case of an emergency, to find another physician. I'm beside myself. 1. Because he thinks my daughter is faking and I should ignore her; and 2. Because I have no idea why he doesn't want to see my kids anymore or where to start to now get this test she needs.

Our first appointment we were stuck in our room for over an hour before we saw the nurse practitioner for our annual well child. Now we are told we can only be seen from 8 AM until 10 AM for some unknown reason. My husband and I have to work. No matter how vaccine friendly Dr. Thomas is, we can't structure our lives and work schedules around their absurd scheduling.

I love that they incorporate health and nutrition and don't over treat with prescription meds. I can't brag on Dr Thomas enough, he is phenomenal !

I think Dr Thomas is open minded and know a lot about food allergies and food allergy testing. I appreciate that he considers this approach and other supplements before throwing pharmaceuticals at you. Not many MDs can say the same thing. Great bedside manner, office visits run on time, which I also appreciate!
