I would give 1/4 Star I’d it would let me.I’ve been patient of my doctor for 19 yrs. Today I was threatened to be dropped because I requested a script the day before it’s due. We are told to put in request 24-48 hrs before so we don’t run out. Now they threaten me. They need to make up their mind about when to request our meds & then have them ready in timely manner. I wait 2-4 hrs every time I see my doctor just to get into a room plus wait in exam. This place is getting frustrating to go to & becoming very rude to their patients. I RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE!

The worst place ever! Wait times are very long. I've been going here for about two years seeing Dr. Jester. Recently him and his P.A. were BOTH out of town at the same time for a MONTH so I went to a doctor at University Healthcare. When Dr. Jester came back and found out I went to another doctor he transferred my records to that doctor and dropped me as a patient. Very unprofessional, horrible business ethics. I would recommend going somewhere else or even trying to treat yourself before going to the North Augusta Center for Primary Care!

In order to receive an appointment 1st I had to obtaining the proper Paper work To be seen . Which I did, I picked up the paper work filled it out turn it back in.At that time I was Given a choice as to which doctor I would like to be seen by. A few days later .  I was told that the doctor I wanted to see was booked up. If I would like to choose another doctor.  I said yes I chose a nother doctor. They said great  We will set you up with that doctor. The doctor office called me today which is May the 11th 2018 To inform me that all of the doctors are currently filled to the capacity. And that they would not be able to service me. I am severely disappointed in the way that they conduct business.

Dr Jester is a wonderful doctor.  He is very patient and explains everything to me very well.  All of the staff that I have dealt with at CPC NA have been very nice and are a pleasure to deal with.  The receptionists are very accommodating and do their very best to get in you the office for sick visits as soon as possible.

Needs better office staff....wait time is way too long. I don't have this problem at other Dr's offices
