We have been using this vet for a little over a year. My dog hurt him self and they did a outstanding job. The price was very reasonable. Please try them out. Thank you to all the staff that took care of my dog. One vet wouldn't even see him because of his breed a year ago. That is when we found a need vet.

The best veterinary practice! All of the vets and staff are caring, professional, and knowledgeable. My pets actually enjoy coming here. I'm always seen on time, even when I've made a same day appointment. The facility is always welcoming and clean. By far the best practice I've ever experienced!

My cat enjoys each boarding at Veterinary Healthcare Associates of North Augusta. She always returns home happy, healthy, and fresh smelling.

I will NOT be returning to this clinic. I would prefer the 20 minute drive to my usual in Augusta. I brought in a feral and terrified 7 week old kitten to this clinic. He was in obvious pain and was sensitive about his back end (turns out both femoral heads were fractured.) First of all, the staff up front were NOT personable. They were hardly kind. They behaved as though signing me in was an inconvenience. I was the only one in the lobby of the clinic. This was also not the first bad experience I had with the receptionists up front. Second and worst of all was my experience with the feral kitten. The doctor that examined him talked to me as if I were a complete moron. But what really made me upset and angry was the way he treated this poor kitten who was already frightened. He scruffed the cat then began to run his fingers down the spine to check for the sight of his pain, which is fine. However, when he found the site of pain he pinched it until the kitten screamed. Then continued to pinch and hold the screaming, scruffed cat for an entirely too long period of time. He was way too rough with such a small cat. He then looked at me and did his best to try to charge me nearly $200 for an xray of this kittens hips. I went to my usual vet where I then got 2 x rays for $80. I did not appreciate the service I received and had to pay for. They were not welcoming, insensitive and pushy for my money. I would NOT recommend this clinic.

I had to leave my puppy over the weekend. I got calls updating me about how he was doing, and they did their best to keep costs down while he was there. The veterinarian was very helpful. Highly recommend
