I've used bike shops all over the city for several years and these guys have emerged as my favourite for a couple reasons. What first brought me into the store was having a bike break down on me, mid-ride, when I happened to be in that area of the city. They happily fixed it for me while I waited even though I had never even been to the shop before (let alone bought something).  They have since done this for me on at least four other occasions, and I've seen them do it for others as well.  As long as you're patient while they deal with other customers, they'll do everything they can to get you back on the road.  By contrast, Main Cycle (much closer to home) won't even do this for bikes purchased there (overnight for everything). Another thing I love is the sheer variety of bikes that they carry.  Despite it being a fairly small shop, they have more variety than most place three time the size.  Mountain, road, hybrid, cross, touring, cruisers, fixed gear, BMX, they've got them all; from entry level to high-end.  No matter what you're after, I highly recommend checking out Central before you make a purchase.  Finally, they're just nice.  The sales team keeps it low pressure, but they're still helpful and knowledgeable.  The service is always good, and since I don't find that prices vary that much between shops anyway, they've become my go to bike shop for pretty much everything.  (I also really like Downtown bike Hounds and Pieriks. Sadly, my favourite shop on the hill has closed).

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great selection of bikes. Have helped me buy a bike, as well as provided maintenance and given me lessons on fixing things myself. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Great place. I bought my bike here about 2.5 months ago, they took care of me.

My bike was stolen on September 23 2017. It was locked outside of my apartment and the crooks managed to cut the railing it was locked to.

Here is a pic of my bike, pls look out for it.

Be careful when they are servicing your bikes. These guys serviced my bike twice and they quoted me 60% less than what the actual bill was. TWICE. I understand youre off by 15-20% of the quote, but come on. Is this your first time doing a bike? Where is the professionalism. 
Theyve got OK prices on the bikes though.
