There are better bike shops throughout Peel region. This shop doesn't have a genuine interest in helping you find whats best based on your needs. There motivation stems from a desire to make as much money as possible from you. I've had staff here be rude with me and insist they knew best when ordering. Upon further research, and opinions of other industry professionals it has been proven that indeed some of the staff here have inferior product knowledge and inflated opinions of themselves. They also have higher markups on nearly all their merchandise than any other bike store.
1)Don't trust what they tell you, they are not as knowledgeable as they make themselves seem, do you own research. Don't be convinced by "some guy in a shop shirt" at this bike shop.
2)Shop around, prices here are 10%-30% higher than everywhere else.

I was pretty much lucky when my bike was damaged right in front of this store. Great customer service, nice people. My bike was fixed very quick. Why is it a not a 5 stars-review? I believe that the price was a little bit over. But location, service and other were good!

Thanks to Dai who swapped out my TACX Neo for their floor model when mine arrive DOA out of the box.  I didn't miss a beat!

Shop is always clean and sales staff are professional,Service Staff are always ready to fix your bike with whatever problems arise.Great Selection of E-Bikes.

Very pleased with the store and its associates! I had no issues being attended to and they had exactly the parts that I needed. Only downside is that prices are generally higher than some local competitors, although not by much.
