This bike shop is fantastic! My mother, a friend and myself bought our bikes here 2 years ago and every time I've walked in since then they remember me and treat me like a VIP! The owner and staff here are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They've been able to order items or perform service in a timely manner and are always fair with their prices. I recommend this shop to friends and anyone who comments on my bike or asks where to shop because, honestly, it is the best bike shop I've been to out of the 15-20 shops I've visited in the area.

Was looking to purchase a new bike to hit the trails with and was really impressed with the knowledgeable staff and willingness to find a bike that met my budget. Spent over an hour testing a few options and purchased one from the extensive selection on display. Highly recommend!

After spending a day checking out all my local bike shops I decided to make the drive out to oakville. I highly recommend making to drive if your not local . They go above and beyond to look after you . They spend the time and patience to ensure all your needs are met . I purchased a trek marlin 7 from Jean , i was nothing short of thrilled with the level of customer service from him and the rest of the team . Highly recommended ! Thank you for everything

Great shop....joe is very knowledgeable and friendly. ...absolutely no pressure to buy. Ended up buying new bike after several visits looking at it.

Service center here really helped me out of a jam. I had a very bent rim, which was beyond repair, but they gave me a great price on a new rim, installed my tire and rotor on the new rim on the spot, and I was able to ride home in less than 30 minutes. Great service!
