Central Insurance Rocks! I've been with them for a dozen years or so and always been impressed with their competence, staying on top of things. Like, keeping me well informed of options and shopping every year for the best fit for my commercial coverage. Like always notifying me when renewals are coming up. And persisting in contacting me to get it done. It's very comforting to work with the diligent, friendly and solid group of folks at Central Insurance.

Central Insurance and its wonderful agents have always proved helpful, efficient, warm, gracious and always there to help with complicated insurance needs.  I have never had a problem and have always felt like I was respected and valued.  The agents who have helped me over the years are too many to name here, but my most recent transaction with Tracy was wonderful.  I look forward to working with Central Insurance for my home and auto insurance policy needs for many years to come.  Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!!

I have been with Central Insurance Agency for longer than I can really remember.  We were referred to them when we first acquired rental properties and the big name insurance companies didn't cover the properties adequately.  Through the years, they have always been responsive and very helpful in dealing with multiple policies, properties and mortgage companies.  There have been too many different folks that have helped through the years to name -- I'm afraid I'd leave someone out -- everyone has been great!

Lucia Espinoza at Central Insurance is amazing - she shops available policies to find the best coverage and premiums for you, and follows up with exemplary service and attention to detail.  I'm sorry that i've moved away and have had to find other insurance agents. -  Lucia, you ROCK!

Top Hat Chimney Sweeps has been a customer for almost 15 years and are still just as happy as we were on our first transaction.  Central takes care of our commerical liability insurance and consistantly provides above and beyond customer service,  from Rene's painless policy renewals  to Tiffany's super prompt handling of our certificates of insurance and Helen's help on the occasional accounting question.   Thanks for the excellent care and service over the years !
