Central Kitchen you are a bad neighbor. It just snowed around 2 feet yesterday and everyone cleared the sidewalk on that side of Mass ave except you. There is a thick sheet of ice spanning your storefront . From MIT to Central square it is a clean sidewalk except in front of Central Kitchen. Be decent next time there is a storm.

Went here for the creme brûlée, which was delicious. However, experienced poor service by the manager Jason. I spoke to him about this and told him i still tipped and he said “actually your tipping my staff”. He clearly has no regard for his staff or respect.

We were immediately greeted with hostility from the manager, Jason. We came in for desert and because we were not eating dinner we were treated with more disrespect than I have ever encountered at any restaurant. The lighting and overpriced food was almost as bad as the management and service. Overall one of the worst restaurant experiences. If you would like to learn how not to run a restaurant I encourage using this place as an example.

Good food, lots of ocean stuff, but only ok for the price, same drinks as brick and mortar I think.

Came here for desert and a drink the other night. Both the deserts were fantastic, and the restaurant has a very nice, cozy atmosphere, perfect for a date. Our service was also fantastic. I'm not convinced the elevated price is completely worth it but for something small it's nice.
