Okay place for Indian food. I won't say it's authentic, but it's not too bad either. There is no consistency in the taste and feel of the food. Staff is generally good in talking but sometimes they suck in service. Excessive use of leftover food in adjustments. Toilet generally unclean. Hope to see more cleanliness, better service, consistency in the taste and improved quality of food. There is an Indian grocery store in the restaurant. You can buy raw and frozen Indian food, spices, veggies and some fruits.

Here’s a place for the best chai in town. But hold on...it is not very clean. Most of the guys cooking are very friendly and helpful. If auntie is helping out in the kitchen, be brief and don’t ask too many questions. Seems she is very stressed.

We ate at both the Indian Food Cafe behind the Indian food market, as well as at the little Bao place that's owned and run inside the same location. The Indian Food was delicious, my seven year old and I devoured peas & Indian cheese over rice - Mattar Paneer...a fantastic recipie if you're not a fan of spicy things, if you don't eat meat, or if you're new to Indian food. It's got amazing flavors yet it's not scary or so strong that it's completely unfamiliar. It's my go-to at any new Indian place. My son devoured half of my meal without a single word about it being unusual. My husband got chicken of some sort,it was very spicy but he knew that and he loved it. It smelled great but due to allergies, I couldn't say for myself. The Bao place was INCREDIBLE. They are very small, so one order is more like a snack (you get two little Bao "sandwiches"with each order for $6-$7. Worth every penny. I am a light eater but even I was about to order extra because again, my son devoured most of mine. I got the one with skirt steak, and it was insanely good. (Again, not spicy... But I think I had them leave off the extra cilantro and the Sriracha Mayo). My husband had the lamb one and said it was the best thing he's eaten in weeks. We both highly recommend-but if you're hungry, br sure to try two different ones. My appetite is small and I had no trouble eating two orders. We loved it so much, we brought extra home for dinner and after 30 seconds in the microwave, they reheated exactly like they first tasted (taste AMD texture). They would make an excellent work lunch or late night snack since they reheated well. Same with the indian food. We actually ate our order 8 hours later for dinner, rather than right when we bought it.

Not very impressed. I had the lamb dosa, which was fine, but the soup they served it with was pretty underwhelming. And I found one of the sauces on the side to be really unappetizing. Finally, some of the tables were pretty dirty.

Love the food & atmosphere-- it's a great place. Chicken and lamb dosas are excellent.
