All around good. Delicious sandwiches and burgers. Secret hidden arcade in the back isn't open until 5pm though. They were super nice enough to sear a patty to feed my Husky.

Whoa there's a vegan buffalo tofu grilled cheese that's just awesome!  I had zero expectations but was surprised how awesome it was!

The food here was really good. The service was nothing special, but not bad. I'm giving two stars because of the shady setup on their point-of-sale tablet. I always tip. I usually tip really well 25-50%. But the POS tablet requires your signature and first  brings up the options for a tip of 18%, 20%, and 25%.  These are table service numbers, not counter service numbers. Change it to 10%, 15%, and 20% like every other counter service restaurant. Ridiculous.

Pathetic Service! I suggest you implement a number system on orders if staff have difficulty pronouncing customers names. Also, don't ignore a customer at the counter for over 10 minutes. Finally, try to get the order correct! Such a shame because I enjoy the food here.
