Dirty and unkept. The location is very convenient but that is about it. The spots are small compared to other parking garage's.

They are just a block away from North Main which is down the street from the Pebody hotel and blocks away from Beale street

My husband and I attended a baseball game tonight and unknowingly forgot to pay for parking. As we walked to our vehicle and a man stated, "is this yours?".. As we responded, we noticed a boot on our car and explained that we had simply forgot to pay and would be more than willing to honor the payment. However, the man was unreasonable and told us it would be $125 to remove the boot. Very unpleasant and horrible customer service.
