This place was great for parking and walking around around Beale street. No one messed with our vehicle and it didnt even take long to find a spot.

$10.00 to park is well worth it to visit Beale Street. Stay at a nice hotel a little farther away and save a lot of $$$ then drive down and park here. Win! Win!

Would not recommend to anyone. 
They seem to only have a flat rate of $10 for parking at night,
Not a fair rate if you are only eating downtown for just one hour.
On top of that, the restaurant would not validate my parking stub.

Good for event parking, but if you are just visiting briefly it should be avoided.

Pay the $10 to another garage, trust me you will thank me later. The fat a** woman who is there makes you feel like your doing her an inconvenience by parking there. Twice in last month we have encountered this troll of a human and each time made leaving a parking garage a 10 minute process because she's too lazy to get up and do her job. Park at the Peabody or any other place. She will make your life hell.
