I will never park here again for any events let alone go to an event here again. Literally have been in the garage with no vehicles moving for about an hour. One of the worse cities and garage that handles traffic control
Got to this parking garage and it was expensive. I didnt mind due to the event we were attending but what i did mind is that all the elevators were mysteriously 'out of order' ? So what does someone who is disabled supposed to do? Or those who have strollers. If this garage is not disability freindly, i think this should be posted and mentioned at rhe entry point, not finding out after the fact. Since this is a safety concern, i thought i'd mention it for anyone who may be unable to use stairways, this may be a deterant
Clean parking garage. Located between Chase field and Talking stick Arena. Or as us who have been here a while Bank 1 ballpark and America West Arena. Great lighting and good police presence to keep an eye on your car and keep hoodlums at bay. Plenty of handicapped parking on every floor. Elevator along with stairs are available. At the basketball arena a separate stair set connects you from street level to second floor going over the street allowing you to bypass jaywalking. When I am near this location needing a parking space any time of day I choose this garage and recommend to others.
Easy parking. I like that it's parking by pass only. It speeds things up nicely.
Good place to park for both stadiums. The attendant was hard to understand when asked how to get to the handicapped parking. The 1st level handicapped parking is hard to find. Elevators are located in odd areas of the garage. Both caused additional walking.
The garage layout was good, no fenderbenders despite the after concert rush. Getting in was tough due to the long traffic light on Jefferson but staff was at the gates getting folks in as quickly as possible.
Nice garage, but the experience was a bit tainted as when pulling up to park, there was a sign stating pre-parking only, and this wasn't indicated on the website. Therefore, I had to pull over to try to find a place to sit and process my transaction, turn around, etc. It was an inconvenience and would have been nice to have known this in advance.
Very convenient, clean and safe but it took us 45 minutes to exit after the Suns game. Probably will not park there again unless we’re early enough to be on a lower level.
Closest garage to Chase field and Footprint center.
I park here every day because I work in tbe area. The greeters at the entrances are extremely friendly and helpful. Plus, there are police vehicles parked there ALL the times. It makes me feel safe and I think its highly unlikely that my vehicle will be messed with.
