I brought my mom here because her face severely swollen. The doctor came in, asked questions about smoking, touched one part of the bump and prescribed antibiotic. Nothing else. As soon as my mother said she smoked it’s like he turned a blind eye. Didn’t explain anything, was very stern, and clearly not in a good mood. The other staff were good. We left feeling doubtful. So I took her to another facility we’re we got better care.

Amazing staff, took exceptional care of me! I was by myself and they made me feel like they were family. Always communicating and always attentive....appreciate this team so very much!

I had a horrible experience here. Went in for a Sinus infection that I thought went into my chest for Bronchitus and then made me get an X-ray & did an EKG. They hooked me up to a Albuterol breathing treatment that gave me the shakes & jacked me up while giving me a big dose of Steriod meds. I felt worse than when I went in, told the nurse that I didn't think I could drive home and my heart was beating so fast. They pretty much ignored me & sent me home with zero antibiotics for my infection saying it was just Viral. It took a full 24 hrs to get my heart from beating so fast & the shakes to go away! Scary! Don't ever go there!

The doctor on staff is tonight was an insensitive ass. The nurse was wonderful. I go into the ER in pain!!!! With insurance!!! I know I need antibiotics and pain mess. It is 5am and I HAVE NOT SLEPT bc if pain. This man would not give me pain medicine...not even an 800 ib 
The nurse said I'm sorry; I don't know why he did that...
Smh 
Guess he took me for a drug abuser because I have been there before with the the same pain 6 MONTHS ago!!!! 
The doctor made me feel little and embarrassed. 
I already suffer from illness as it is...I left out there crying the same way I went in...but gave me meds for when they open up in 4 hours!!!!! Thanks for nothing!!!! Thanks for me making me feel even worse!!!!!
