Dr DINO is terrible!!!! He is extremely rude and condescending. I've been taking my children to Sweetgrass Pediatrics for over 8 years and after my first and LAST experience with him, we will not be returning. TAKE YOUR CHILDREN ELSEWHERE

We had our first visit today and loved it! Wonderful place especially after how bad my kids were treated at the previous pediatric office we were going to! The Doctor was very helpful and you could tell cared about her job! I was very scared because my 3 month old (who was born prematurely) has been sick with a virus and had to have breathing treatments. But they took care of her so well and made sure i had everything i needed to continue her treatments at home! We will most definitely be returning! The front desk was VERY NICE and helped me with all my questions and concerns which again is a big difference from what we were use to! The lady who checked me in even came out to the waiting area to ask if i needed anything because i had my seven year old there for his check up and trying to sign in while the baby is crying to be picked up and the 7 year old boy is wanting your attention to play can be difficult lol but I thought that was extremely nice of her! I would like to say thank you for caring for my children!

We always have a good experience, in and out the staff is friendly and very helpful. I normally take morning appointments so I end up getting in early, when I do take an afternoon appointment it's usually a reasonable wait and usually we get in on time. I've had a few unique "emergency" situations and they were quick to help and accomidate my kids. My only complaint is the return on phone calls is slow and not being able to get in touch with a person when what u need is not a numerical option.

I visited Sweetgrass for a very specific reason but still had to go through all the protocol and no one seemed to be able to deviate to even answer a simple question. I am not one to expect these institutionalized services to be very humane but a little bit of sense and common human courtesy would be great. The pediatrician we saw, dr. Dino, was very condescending. As an extremely well educated parent I was disappointed to be treated this way, especially so soon after having my baby. Any professional in this line of service work should know how to treat a family and particularly a woman who's going through hormonal changes after having a baby. It would be great if the doctors and staff could respect a family's educated choice to birth their baby and care for that child's health in the best way that they have researched and found to work for their family. I will never visit this pediatrician again. I have tried twice and have been very disappointed in the service we received...Or disservice really. The newborn exam was extremely invasive and seemed a bit violent as the doctor spread my poor sweet babies little labia and then stretched her newly exposed belly button which thereafter started bleeding. Such disgusting disregard for an inocent vulnerable human being who has feelings she was just begining to experience in this world. What a disgrace. My choices​ are not for you to judge. I am paying you for a service and I expect to be treated with respect. Maybe next time this pediatrician and others could learn to speak to a family instead of judging them based on their ignorance and bias. Also, I continue to receive a bill (which is excessive considering they really just harassed us) that should have been fully covered by insurance. Side note- they initially weighed my baby on a scale that doesn't work and tried to tell me my baby that was born 6 pounds some ounces was only 4 pounds, which is ridiculous because she obviously was not a preemie. Why is a scale that's two or more pounds off even being used anymore when there's a perfectly good new one on the other side of the room!
