John Powers did his due diligence through advertising to find 3 potential buyers to sell our business, however, his follow through, and communication was extremely poor.  Our buyer organized, scheduled all inspections, appraisals, and kept us informed on the needs and requirements from his lender.   Upon signing our contract with John we made it clear the importance of keeping our attorney and accountant involved, which was accomplished only by our efforts. 

Customer service, personal interaction and availability was extremely poor and definitely not personal. The 50K + commission appears to be his only objective.   John was not present at the closing, and has had no contact with us after the closing, no thank you, absolutely nothing.

We would not recommend John Powers or the company he represents for any Real Estate or Business dealings needed

NAI Black did a great job with my commercial lease. I think they are one of the best commercial real estate companies I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend them!

This company has more value and opportunity within its Brokerage Services and Development opportunities... They need to change their contract and licence name over to Nai Spokane to represent what this place stands for... " A beautiful city!" I can think back over years of premiere ownership with real estate companies that they claim... Sponsor the name Black... I think it represents a falsely represented "Joint Partnership" & lack of home ownership... Three is HOPE for our annuities and financial backgrounds... I know in this day and age for our capacity this city economy can see; this is true.
