Recently, we sold our house to an agent and buyer from Century 21. It was the most unprofessional experience we have ever had. The agent yelled at our agent multiple times and went to the property without permission multiple times. She rarely called or messaged back about important details. On the day of closing (that they had moved up inconveniently  twice) she literally threw a fit (like a child) about things that weren't listed or mentioned in the repair amendment. After spending over $250 morning of closing to appease them we finally contacted a lawyer who advised us to give them an ultimatum because they were quite literally bullying us. Please reconsider using them for any of your buying, selling or rental needs. There are agents out there who care deeply for their clients and this business isn't one of them.

Great experience buying my house. I'm military, I got the house with Rosa Galvez, an excellent Realtor. She speak spanish and provide great services. We were passing 2 months trying to get the best house for my family and we found it.

This place is very unprofessional and the staff is extremely rude. We were told we would get our 800$ deposit back after a week from the date we moved. Didn't happen. So we call Century 21 to ask why. They could only tell us about 230$ worth of damage. Okay so what about the rest of the 800$? The lady was extremely UNHELPFUL and then told us she couldn't help us any further we would have to speak to the home owner. Well now the home owner won't answer our phone calls. So basically our 800$ just disappeared I guess. Century 21 didn't help anymore after this. I would suggest that you don't rent through them this isn't the only time we got screwed. We got screwed out of money several times when we were renting the house with random a charges that were bullshit.

This is my first review that I have ever written. I hope everyone considering Century 21 in the Killeen area reads this, and all of the other reviews about this company. The reviews aren't a few bad cases that people had with Century 21, they are truly explaining the way this company operates. My wife and I signed a 12 month lease on a duplex in Killeen with Realstar Property Management, and about 10 months in, the owner switched to Century 21 as their realty company. We had already given our move-out notification to Realstar, which was confirmed, in June (well prior to the notification deadline). After moving everything into our new place, we had our old duplex professionally cleaned, and in mid September, we contacted Century 21 to schedule our move-out inspection. The day of the inspection, our inspector, Lauren, arrived on time, but had no paperwork from our move-inspection that we filled out in great detail (all renters are farmiliar with this, it protects you from paying for damages that were there when you originally moved in). Why they did not contact Realstar or notify me that they did not get the paperwork from Realstar, I do not know. So, Lauren stepped inside and looked around for about two minutes. She said that she would try to call Realstar to get the paperwork that she should have had when she got there, and she would come back on her own and inspect it without me there. Obviously I wanted to be there so I don't get nickel and dimed for all of my $600 deposit, as it is my right, so after Lauren was done complaining about wanting to do it on her own time, she finally agreed to give us an appointment 4 days later. I arrive 4 days later, waited for Lauren for about an hour, and called Century 21's office, to which they asked me to reschedule 3.5 hours later. That was already the second time I had to leave work to be there for an appointment, so I told them I won't be taking the whole day off to wait for them to show up for their own appointment. Century 21 showed no respect for my time, completely blew me off and didn't even give me a phone call.
I called the office that afternoon and spoke to Mandy. I explained the service that I endured thus far, and she cut me off and her exact words were "it doesn't matter because you owe us next months rent, so you're not getting your $600 deposit anyway". She said they never received my move-out notification (that I put in months earlier). 
This is the ugliest attitude and most pathetic display of customer service that I have ever experienced. 
I called Realstar and of course they had a copy of my move out notification. They then called Century 21 to notify them that they couldn't charge me, and Realstar was given the same bad attitude from Mandy that I received. She was obviously upset that Century 21 wasn't going to be able to rob me of an entire months rent. Now Realstar's manager has to call Century 21 to attempt to talk some sense into them. 
This has to be one of, if not the absolute worst realty company in the Killeen/Copperas Cove/Temple area. They have the most rude employees you will deal with. They are only interested in your money, not your satisfaction. 
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT sign a lease with this company. You will absolutely regret it. There are many other decent realty companies in the area, that is a fact.
CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED.

Carrie V is an amazing agent who went above and beyond to help me sell my property. My situation was incredibly complicated and difficult but she worked tirelessly through to whole process. Carrie put in more effort than I would ever expect from her and I am greatly appreciative of her efforts. I have full faith and trust in Carrie and I would not hesitate to hire her again.
