I set up an appointment to look at a house for 4:30 PM.  They had me text a picture of my ID to some random number. So I show up at 4:30, At 4:40 nobody has showed up. So I called the office and they didn’t even know that I had set up an appointment.  But they said they would Send someone out immediately.  At 5 o’clock I got sick of waiting, so I texted the number  and told them that unfortunately I wasn’t going to wait any longer. It’s now 515 and I just got a text that they showed up and they “are sorry for wasting my time“. I don’t know if maybe they just don’t really want to rent to people or what. But They obviously don’t care about possible tenants. So I definitely don’t want to rent from them. If I can’t even get an appointment, I reaaaaallly don’t want to see what happens if something breaks. I’m also honestly a little scared of who I sent my ID to.

As a first time rental, blessed property is the worst experience to ever rent from.. When we first moved in, the house has electrical problem. My husband was trying to plug in our dryer and sparks went everywhere.. Then we noticed all these patches wholes on the walls door knob messed up etc. So, i call to report all this stuff and the lady that works there name denise said to go on to the portal to put down my work order like wth i called blessed property to report this stuff and you're telling me to go do it myself SMH.. One night i was sleeping and the ceiling fan came falling on top of me and i was able to move my daughter.. These house has so much going on like my bathroom that i have been reported since we moved in and still hasn't been fixed yet Molds all on the wall from the water and these people ain't trying to move fast enough to get your needs done because they're not the ones dealing with their mess. One of the property manager Tosha, accused me of a table that my husband weld for me and set it in front my house and she said it's a dog kennel.. The worst part is, she lied saying she came over the night of the inspection and saw.. I thought christian people don't tell a lie but this one did.. If these so called christian people would stop being fake and tell lies to the peolple at all times and get on top of what it's called, fix your mess and stop harassing the tenant about the money because we don't pay and for ya'll to play .. People, if ya'll pay attention to these managers story about how they became property management they are fake as hell..They expect you to pay them when they're not doing an excellent job on fixing these damages in all these houses.. Blessed Property Manager Tosha Purifoy are so worry about the pet fee to pay because of what a new move in tenant's has to say but They really need to worried about is what's selling outside of this people's house late at night and during the day.. Stop worrying about a dog, because a dog is what's protecting the people around here from a gun shot fight. Tosha, needs to worry about Fixing this place and you will get what you ask for,other than that Blessed Property ain't get nothing from me.. The ugly B**** Tosha  Purifoy with her fake ass so call christian "HARASS " my 10 year old daughter..What mind of property manager is that and who does that??Tosha i am not scared of your ugly looking ass😠😠.

As a homeowner of several homes and as a tenant, this by far is the worst experience I've had dealing with a rental agency. I was certainly deceived by their name, "Blessed Properties." After Denise, one of their property managers, assured me the house I rented was move in ready/clean on numerous occasions, I was quite disappointed as the house was saturated with dog hair, which was quite obvious as I walked in a home where pets are not allowed. To make matters worst, they denied my request asking them to clean the property, steam clean the carpet or even reinspect the home to address my concerns; therefore, I were to assume this cost. In fact, they told me to annotate the filth on their move in inspection checklist, which is to annotate damages, repairs, and work order request; not for recleaning the property. After sending a lengthy text message and pictures of the filth,  they decided to send a cleaning service, which consisted of one person. It took him over 5 1/2 hours to reclean the home, which still had traces of dog hairs on the blinds and door creases. As far as the steaming the carpet, no one responded to my request until I collected some of the dog hair from the master bedroom on an adhesive lint roller. After sending the pictures to management and visiting their office, I received a call from a carpet company in regards to cleaning the carpet. The carpet was steam cleaned today, 29 July 17 and vacuumed over and over; however, the problem still exist. They are poor communicators, with staff members who cannot remedy issues without consulting with the business owner, who is also the office manager.  I requested a call from the office manager but have yet to receive one. Though the carpet cleaning agency called to coordinate a time to clean the home, I have yet to receive any notification from Blessed Properties staff pertaining to the carpet. This is certainly the worst experience I've had with any business. I believe they are poor property managers who neglect their obligations and as a result, they fail their tenants. The condition of this home is evident. Based on their principles of operation, they aught to know that CLEANLINESS IS NEXT TO GODLINESS.

Friendly group of individuals. My experience was in buying a house. Our realtor would leave town without notifying us, and leaving us in good hands. No "if you have any questions please feel free to call me." Which to me would have been superb. I would call about a house and leave a message, and my realtor would contact me 2 days later saying, "I went out of town." My reaction was, should we have known this or not? They're all retired military, more interested in the 3% that will be there's if you buy the house. Do yourself a favor and get with real realtors. To make a "friend" and buy a house is two different things. If first time buyers don't work with this team. These are for people who know the game and doesn't care much about your realtors help.

Blessed  Properties is truly a "God sent" company!  They have managed my home for well over two years and It has been amazing!  They are extremely knowledgeable and in tune with time.  They have worked out situations that I "honestly" didn't think would work, very flexible, and timely on all responses.  I'm so very glad I entrusted them with my property.  Pat and Tosha are the best!  If you haven't considered them as a property management company, I recommend that you do!  My name is Geno and I APPROVE this message!
