We rented from Linnemann for 5 years, and Me. Sandra was awesome. Today I had some questions about a home in the area and was able to contact Sandra again and she was amazing at answering all of my questions. It's been two years since we left and she still remembered me, was very responsive, courteous, and awesome. If my family and I come back to Killeen we will not use anyone else but Linnemann!

Linnemann has been managing my investment property in Harker Heights for more than 10 years now.  They have significantly improved their processes and service over the past couple of years.  Communication has improved and having dedicated points of contact makes it easy for me. It appears that generally their number one goal now is to deliver a great customer experience.  I know issues will always come up, but I feel that Linnemann sincerely wants to deliver the best service they can.  Keep it up.  It is much appreciated.

I could never express the appreciation we have for them, they have wonderful staff. from the minute we walked in the office to place our home on the rental program to today 3 years later they are still the most professional and helpful company I have ever worked with. we have had 2 renters in our home over the time and they have maintained my home as if it was their own, payments were always on time. if they say they are going to fix something or check on the property or even if it is a simple question, they have contacted me every time with guidance or questions. even being 9000 miles away I have never worried knowing they have my home in their hands and I know it is in good hands.. thanks again you are all awesome and I could never express my thanks...

Very professional. Being states away, they make everything very simple for me. I would definitely use this company again and recommend. I've been with them since 2012 from renting one of there homes and now using them as a property manager. No complaints

We went through two other property managers before finding Linnemann. I feel like they genuinely care about properties and tenants equally. I am always well-informed and I receive quick responses to my queries. They have restructured the company to be more efficient after listening to customer feedback. 
This is the company for anyone who actually cares about their property or anyone who cares about being a considerate tenant.
