We had an overall bad experience here. Our first agent tossed us off onto Billie Garlington.
Then when we closed the title agent almost cancelled the sale because Billie Garlington didn’t check about our marital  status. 
So we had to drive to the galleria area ruining our plans that day. 
Over all I am not happy about it, since the title company agent said that the realtor should have found out this information ahead of time.
Which ruined our plans. I recommend to try a different company. We wasted half a day to close this which should have only taken an hour or 2. And, they never mentioned all window accessories we put up have to stay with the house. Not warning us to change them ahead of time if they had any centimental  value to us. I am reviewing the owner personally, as he was blocking my family from getting in our wheelchair accessible van. He was a selfish man who did not seem. To care and did not apologize for his actions. Just shrugged his shoulders and said, 'I didn't know, oh well' and then proceeded to almost back into us as my daughter was transferring to her seat from her wheelchair. Not cool Mr Garlington

Great from start to finish. We probably looked at 50 houses and Mrs. Garlington was very patient and kind. Great closing experience as well.
