Me and my wife stayed at the casino last month for a night and it was great...
We had dinner at the restaurant it was great service was great. We stayed up playing in the casino until 5am. Went up to our suite it was an amazing room and we crashed. We we're woken up at 7 am by city construction right outside our window. We went to talk to the front desk and was told we needed to speak with the manager. A man came over said let me guess the construction right, want your room comped right. Well ask the city...

Had such a GREAT time!!  Room was beautiful and very clean, staff was friendly and your bartender DIANA made our memories even more special.  She was so courteous, attentive and friendly!!  She made us feel so welcome and comfortable that we felt like we have a new friend in Cripple Creek.  Just the kindness of Diana made us want to come back and stay at your hotel!!!  If at all possible please share this review with Diana so she knows what an impact she made on us.  THANK YOU

Employees are awesome. Always friendly and remembers my name. Video roulette game is in the back since they never have the actual roulette table open. Food at the restaurant isn't bad. Nothing in cripple creek food wise is great. But I truly enjoy this casino.

Our room was clean comfortable beautifully remodeled it had modern amenities but yet kept the old world charm of the original brick the room was nicely done. The staff we're borderline rude not too many smiling faces but a lot of tattoos the casino is a non-smoking casino  the first I've ever come across which my wife love because she's not a smoker. Overall I enjoyed my stay just ignore the staff

I had a room booked through Expedia for $60. I had two flight cancellations and informed the hotel BOTH times about not being able to make it to cripple creek. They turned around and charged me $99 for a room I did not stay at. I was told that I would NOT be charged for the room since I canceled. I was told by Expedia that I would need to get ahold of the hotel, which I did.  They charged me a day later for $40 MORE than the original booking. I am now being told that because it was not canceled in 24 hours, they would not refund my money. Even though I was told by an employee that I wouldn’t be charged. This is insanity they will not work with me figuring my flights have been canceled. So I am out money because of my flights and now $100 from this place. Pretty sad customer service.
