I have stayed here before and not bad but never good.  Today was exceptionally bad.  Keys did not work on our room. Took keys back twice. Shower did not work at all.  No water hardly came out of the faucet I go to check out and let them know.  They say the boiler was out and sorry.  $230 for one night and only a i am sorry for no water and no shower.  Can’t even take a shower and no reimbursement or even a free buffet for the inconvenience really poor customer service. The guy checking me out could not even look me in the face.

Great food fun time but they were slow with drinks and minimized drinks.  Also they persuaded you into losing instead of winning which is a loss for them because if I win I'll tip.(black jack table)  So do not listen to them listen to yourself!   I did not know how to play a particular form a black Jack that mixed would poke her and the dealer "trying to teach me" told me to bed extra knowing I was about to lose..not cool.

I've only played at the casino here, not stayed overnight in the hotel.  I recommend the all-you-can-eat buffet, which is about $23 a person, great food and a lot of it.  The casino is a lot of fun and they've got a good assortment of slots and games there.  This is the only casino we ever visit in Black Hawk.  It's a nice atmosphere and the staff is friendly.

Amazing service from the start... Hurant booked my reservation and checked me in. I see him most every time i come to visit Black Hawk. He is awesome and gives the BEST customer service. 

Upon leaving, my car battery died... I went to the reservation desk and asked if someone could jump me. The reservation agent, Alex, said he could help. The other agent, Jay, let him take his keys to jump my car. AMAZING service!!!!  I will always stay at the Isle because they are awesome. 

Thank Isle Casino staff for being so great.

We've stayed here several times and the last time we upgraded to the junior suite with the hot tub.  The standard and suites are both very spacious.  We've NEVER been disappointed!  The rooms are lovely, very clean, up to date, always quiet.  We get the smoking rooms and they always smell fresh.  Their always friendly and knowledgeable.  I wouldn't think of staying any where else.
