I went up to the Rivera Casino for the $4.99 crab leg buffet. I went with my 85 year old grams there was an hour wait. They had a couch and 2 chairs for well over 100 people waiting in line. I was there at 4:30 well before the dinner hour and there was already a line of about 100 people in line. Have you been to Blackhawk its a blue hair convention. Then we get in the buffet and the food was crappy. The crab legs were good but how hard are they to make. The prime rib was cold and not good. The salad looked like yesterdays. The dessert all tasted like they were from Sam's frozen food section. For 4.99 if you like crab legs go but don't bother with any of the other food. On the casino floor the staff was rude and not helpful. A machine wasn't working properly and it took like 5 min to get anyone to come fix the machine and then it took 5 more min to get my money out of the machine when he couldn't fix it. Not to mention that he was rude to me when he came to fix it. 

CRAPPY FOOD CRAPPY SERVICE TRY THE AMRITSAR THEY ARE ALWAYS SO NICE.

Trash is worth more! Buffet has terrible service and terrible food! Crab legs were over cooked and discusting, not to mention they'll seat you at 9:30 and close it down at 10:00! Chef boy was taking plates from us before we were done eating the food on them! As they asked us if we were done eating for the third time within a 5 minute span they started throwing food in the trash, shutting down the ice cream machines and turning off the lights. They could have just told us to get the F#€k out but didn't have the balls... Never goin back to the Riv!!!

A group of friends went to celebrate a birthday and had the worse experience at the Rivera casino, bad customer service in the casino and bad food at the buffett, for 14.99 NO crab legs!!!!! there were only four other customers in the resturant and the food was cold and unappealing.  We spoke to the chef who said that he would pass on the comments, yeah right.  We will never be back to ths casino again.  We all got food poisioning.......
