Terrible place to go for oral contraceptives. The doctor doesn't even discuss the brands.  He will prescribe you whatever he feels like then rush you out the door.  I ended up with Larin Fe, a very poorly rated pill that gave me a mIgraine and chest pains the first day I took it.  I played phone tag with the office for 2 weeks.  The doctor was supposed to definitely have called me by today and he did not.  They do not care at all at this office about your wellbeing.

Dr. Udrea is a fantastic doctor.  I see her as my regular GYN doctor and when I became pregnant she quickly realized I was going to be high risk and connected my with one of the best doctors in the city. The staff at the downtown office as a whole is great.  The Medical Assistants at the West Penn office are also fantastic.  The front office personnel at West Penn, however are terrible. They put me on hold for over 12 minutes, rescheduled my appointment but didnt cancel my original. I then got a phone call and chatised by the doctor for being a no show.
