I gave them a small job. They said it would take 2 weeks. I called back in 15 days,they told me it would take another 4 days. I called back in 4 days,no one answered the phone that day or next,nor responded to left message. The following day i was told it will be done next day and they will call me when it s ready. No one called. After weekend I called yet again,I was told on phone it could be ready later in day,or next but to be safe ,to wait another couple of days. After one month ,it was done, it looks good but underlying cushion that was part of repair seems very soft.

The experience I had with century upholstery was a joy. I purchased a used couch.old but loved the design. I heard through a friend about century. The result was AMAZING!!!my "new"couch is beautiful.  I can't believe what a great job they did. The owner Mr Rick young told me when it would be finished n imagine that,,,,it was .they are polite and courteous. So all I am trying to say is if you need anything upolstered I highly recommend century upholstery in Hartford count....belair road you won't be disappointed.

Love them, love them, love them!  Best upholsterers EVER!! Unbelievably fair prices and really nice people!  I re-designed my sofa (see blue velvet curved sofa in portfolio) and Richard totally NAILED it! He actually LISTENED to what I wanted!  I'm having him do all of my work from now on.  Next are cushions for my outdoor furniture (since new replacements are nowhere to be found!)  
I'm sure I'll love the new cushions.  Next, they'll be doing my dining room chairs.
I can't say enough good things about Century Upholstery!  FABULOUS WORK! *******

I don't normally write reviews, but I called them to get a quote to have a leather sofa repaired and I was told that they are "too busy to do repairs so call someone else".
