Phenomenal staff, management, selection and gorgeous showroom! This experienced high-end furniture shopper will go nowhere else. Why would I pay 3-4 times the amount of money for the same furniture charged by RH or PB when I saved thousands and am treated like royalty? FUN place to shop, fast service and delivery too!

First the woman that sold me a 3 piece living room set gave me the wrong price which I didn't find out until I showed up to pick it up and there were only two pieces. When I asked about the 3rd piece I was forced to pay for it despite the salesperson immediately saying that she had sold me all 3 pieces. They gave me a "courtesy delivery" of the third piece but then showed up over an hour earlier than they were supposed to causing me to have to leave work early. All of this to purchase a sectional and ottoman. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Their employees and their managers behave like children. I've never seen a manager roll his eyes as much as the one I dealt with did, especially when HIS EMPLOYEES were in the wrong. I will never shop there again. Disgraceful.

We had a wonderful experience. Adam Smith, district manager, was very enthusiastic about the "new" Value City giving us a quick tour of the furniture brands and store history. I would totally recommend going to Value City if not to buy something but to check it out.

If you like Fixer Upper on HGTV, you'll probably like this Value City because almost everything in there seems to be of the same taste. I bought a $1,000 love seat and sofa set. The structure and upholstery are both crafted very well. I like my $1,000 Value City couch more than my $4,000 couch purchased from The Sofa Store in Towson. It's an added bonus that the Value City movers didn't scratch up my floors like The Sofa Store did.

Maximo Regalado was the employee who helped us. We wanted furniture for a 6 year old. Found a set but was still unsure of it. He explained the 7 days policy where if there is anything I don't like once delivered VCF will take it back and either exchange it or give me the money back. That helped to seal the deal. I should add that Mr. Regalado was very fast when helping us, literally sprinting through the store to finish paperwork. My husband had a flight to catch and we just wanted to complete the deal before he left. Furniture is schedule to be delivered 3 days from purchase which was way better than the 8-12 weeks promised by other companies.
