This department store has a wide variety of selections of home appliances - refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, washers & dryers made by Kenmore, LG, Samsung, Frigidaire, and Maytag... all of them are displayed in one area. Kathy Altman, a sales associate for home appliances is courteous and helpful. Free delivery on all home appliances, as long as you have Sears credit card (if you have not used it for more than 2-years, talk to your local Sears sales associate for help). If not, expect to pay $69.00 extra. Also, Sears will be happy to haul away your old home appliances for a fee (sorry, it is NOT free, after all) of $25.00 per item in Maryland.

Service was horrible. Went to get my son some shirts for school; had absolutely nothing that I was looking for him. But I did see some pants for me. But when I went to the fitting room to try them on, there were no benches to sit on. So of course, I sucked it up & tried everything on standing up smh, but after waiting 20 to 25 minutes to be checked put at the register (there was only one cashier in the whole store), she (Qiana) calls for a manager 3 times & no one shows. Some other girl comes up calls someone named Daniel, who very slowly walks up to Qiana to ask her where the manager. She tells him she doesn't know but tells him that she needs assistance at the register & with a nasty attitude walks to the next register. Needless to say, I ended up putting everything back & leaving frustrated. I'm done with this store. My husband bought a washer & dryer from this store & was getting ready to buy a riding lawn mower. Not at Sears we won't. Will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Not the greatest store I have been to. They don't really offer too much and can't find anything that either me or someone in my family needs. Lines are slow, even if there's only one or two people ahead of you.
