We recently visited this store and was very impressed with Mr. Davis, the overall customer service and the pleasantness of the store. He listened carefully to our needs and suggested a mattress based on what we told him unlike some other mattress stores we have visited. That was very important to us as customers. We highly recommend this mattress store especially if you are customers like us that simply want a great mattress at a great price for a good night's sleep. Kudos to Mattress Warehouse of Perry Hall.

My expectations were exceeded beyond measure! I walked in ignorant to how much detail is put into purchasing a mattress. The representative who helped myself and my mother, Akisch was very knowledgeable as well as caring. He helped us select the right mattress for my daughter and made sure we were able to get great quality at an affordable price to the point where we ended up purchasing another for myself! You will feel like this location actually cares about the needs of their customers versus the monetary gain of the company. If you are looking for excellent quality, a mattress designed specifically for you, affordable pricing, and amazing customer service this is the place to go. I would most definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of a new mattress.

Mr. Davis was very helpful and polite. He let me take my time and really pick the mattress I liked the most. This was the only store that actually had true Temperpedics! I went to about three other places whose websites claimed they did but when you got there it was a knock off brand. I would definitely recommend them to everyone searching for a quality product.

i needed to purchase a new mattress right away after an incident with a wall charger catching fire. I called this location and over the phone asked about prices but wasn’t sure what I was looking for (I.e firm,soft etc) I also have a newborn so was hesitant to come in because I would need to bring him with me if I went today. Akisch gave me several options over the phone and gave me a time to come in when they were least busy so I could bring my 3 week old with me. He was very patient and kind and he had several options picked out for me in my price range and with different levels of firmness. In total he got me in and out within 30-45 minutes with the right price including my delivery fee, and without me feeling rushed! He was literally just that Good. I’ve never spent so little time furniture shopping and feeling so good about what I’ve brought. Will be buying from this location the next time I need a new mattress and with three kids I’m sure that’ll be soon.

Assistant Manager Tanya was AWESOME. So helpful, working her butt off and answering all our questions. I was nervous we’d feel pressure like a cheesey car salesman but she was a doll and helped us find what we were looking for. Stress free purchase. She ROCKS!!! Very clean store and ample parking.
